2023 Epcot Food & Wine Festival Menus

The time of year all foodies have been waiting for is just a few weeks away – the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE! This delicious celebration kicks off on July 27 and runs through November 18, 2023, and is filled with thrilling and delicious offerings celebrating the various cultures and cuisines across the globe.

Our festival chefs always focus on authenticity through ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation to honor the diverse cuisines. And our beverage team thoughtfully pairs wine and beer with the selections at each global marketplace, providing a fantastic variety for our guests.

With nearly 30 Global Marketplaces this year, our tastebuds will go on a journey with flavors, ingredients, and signature delights from various countries around the world. This year, the Festival not only welcomes new dishes, like the Dark Chocolate Fondue from The Alps and the Chilaquiles from Flavors of America, but also four brand-new Global Marketplaces – Char & Chop, Wine & Wedge, Bubbles & Brine, and Swirled Showcase! Also, experiment with delicious flavors at Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey where guests will embark on a flavorful adventure, featuring the culinary creations – and madcap mishaps – of Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his assistant, Beaker, from Muppet Labs!

There are tons for the entire family to enjoy, from jamming out to some classic tunes at the Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue Medicare to Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt throughout the park. To add an extra spin to snacking, guests can try Emile’s Fromage Montage, a flavorful food stroll featuring some of the tasty cheese dishes that can’t be missed. As guests snack on these cheesy goodies, they can collect stamps by purchasing five of these items to redeem a special prize from Shimmering Sips. Be sure that guests pick up a Festival Passport to keep track of all their stamps and to see everything they can experience this year.
