If you’ve been on the fence about going to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, I think it will be easy to make up your mind after reading all about it. I mean if you are anything like me, it doesn’t take much to convince me to go on ANY Disney vacation. 😊

If you are dreaming of paradise, you are in luck. This relaxing oasis of charm, vibrant landscapes, and enchanting atmosphere summons you to get comfortable and stay awhile.

When you visit you will see that there are 5 villages and each one has its own set of rooms. The villages are themed based on 5 islands. They are Aruba, Jamaica, Martinique, Trinidad, and Barbados.

The most exciting thing about the different villages is that they all have their own pool, beach, hammocks, and beautiful landscaping.

The Rooms

You can conveniently find the concierge desk located at the Old Port Royale. So, be sure to stop in and that can give you all sorts of helpful information and any added necessities you need.

Featured Pirate Rooms

There are two choices for the featured rooms. You can choose between a Pirate room with a view of the courtyard, woodlands, resort or you can pick the Pirate-themed room overlooking the lake or pool.

For the standard view, the prices start around $326 and the water view is approximately $334. So there isn’t a lot of difference in price, it’s just a matter of what you like best.

Each room has everything a pirate could dream of! Skulls conveniently placed around the room, a semi-comfortable pirate ship-themed bed, and lots of little touches to make it an extra special stay.

The rooms feature a hairdryer, wifi, coffee maker, safe, mini-fridge, and an ironing board. The rooms sleep up to 4 adults.

Standard or Preferred Rooms

The rest of the rooms fall under the standard or preferred category. While they may not have a pirate ship bed, you can rest assured that they are elegant, classy, and the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

The range of prices on these rooms is starting between $275 and $342. You can choose between a standard view or a pool or lake view. All the rooms sleep up to 4 adults and there are some rooms that have a child-sized pulldown bed to sleep one more.

All of the rooms are equipped with the necessities such as wifi, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, telephone, hairdryer, and a mini-fridge.

Dining

Food and drinks are a major part of your stay. You’ll be glad to know that there are many options and the hardest part is deciding which one you want to try first.

Spyglass Grill

My favorite thing about this location is that the food has a fun Caribbean flair! You can easily walk up to the counter and order at this quick-service dining location. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The flavorful menu features everything from scrambled eggs, to Mickey Mouse Cupcakes.

If you are a coffee drinker, you aren’t going to want to miss their many specialty drinks. And if you are in the mood for a cocktail or virgin cocktail, they have plenty of those to choose from too.

Sebastian’s Bistro

You’ll find many Latin and Caribbean dinner options at Sebastian’s Bistro. It’s family-style dining and the food is downright incredible. When your family sits down, you will be met with an amazing array of tasty foods like pull-apart rolls, salads, steak, chicken, veggies, and more.

Oh, and if you are plant-based don’t worry, they have lots for you too! I think you will be impressed with how great the food tastes and the variety.

Sebastian’s Bistro also offers plenty of options of wines, beers, hard seltzers, sangria, and Caribbean rums. There is so much to choose from!

Centertown Market

Experience casual indoor dining at the central market! You will find menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s fast, easy, and low-key.

For breakfast enjoy some Mickey-shaped Waffles, Island Bounty Planter, or any other tasty items on the menu. For lunch and dinner, you can find burgers, chicken bowls, pizza, salads, and much more. They even have a plant-based burger too!

While you are there, don’t forget to get a resort refillable mug!

Banana Cabana

Quench your thirst at the cabana with any of their tropical drinks! Or relax with an ice-cold beer. If you are feeling a little hungry, you’ll be happy to know they sell some tasty foods like loaded potato fries.

Things To Do

Earlier I mentioned that there is plenty to do! Well, I am not kidding. All of these things are sure to put a smile on your face and make you want to stay even longer.

Go For A Swim

There is no shortage of options when it comes to swimming. It is Florida, so take full advantage and go for a dip in one of the many pools.

Fuentes del Morro Pool is the perfect spot for all the pirates in your crew! It features 2 waterslides, lots of spraying water, and a spa pool. Guests of all ages will enjoy splashing around.

Each of the villages has its own leisure pool as well. They are more relaxing and quiet most of the time, so go for a dip!

Watch A Movie!

What is better than watching a Disney film under the stars? Nothing! It’s a lovely event for the entire family. As long as the weather cooperates, it’s sure to be a fun time. You can also gather around one of the campfires and roast some marshmallows too.

Go For A Jog

Get in your exercise by enjoying a relaxing run or walk during your stay. The views of Barefoot Bay are spectacular!

Pirate Adventure Cruise

Gather the kids and they are sure to have a blast on this 2-hour cruise and pirate adventure. They will even get to search for hidden treasure along the way.

The rules are that children need to be between the ages of 4-12 and be potty-trained to hop aboard.

Fishing

You can book a 2-hour or 4-hour guided fishing excursion during your stay. The trip comes with a guide, bait, beverages, fishing pole, and tackle. It’s seriously impossible not to leave with a smile on your face.

Transportation

Transportation is important during your stay. You can walk all over the resort, but once you are ready to leave the area you will need some transportation.

You can also hop on the Disney Skyliner at the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort! The view is exciting and a must-try at least once during your visit. The Skyliner goes to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, the Riviera Resort, Art of Animation Resort, and Pop Century.

Additionally, you can catch a ride at the resort on the Disney Bus. The pickup location is at the Old Port Royale Centertown.

As you can see, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a wonderful place to stay. It’s sure to give you a delightful experience and make you want to come back time and time again.
