Epcot is a nice park to catch some great shows. One of the best Epcot shows you can enjoy is the Voices of Liberty a cappella group. Here are some fun facts about the group and some tips for enjoying the show.

Disney’s Voices of Liberty
Costumed in period finery from the 1800s, the Voices of Liberty performs in the rotunda throughout the day. Each show is performed by a group of 8 voices. They have toured the country and have sung for several Presidents.
You can check out what times by checking out the Epcot Times guide or your My Disney Experience App.

Step into the hallowed halls of The American Adventure Pavilion for an inspiring choral performance. Their melodies delight while the rotunda’s acoustically perfect dome amplifies and purifies their sound—you won’t believe your ears!
How Long is the Voices of Liberty Performance?
Their performance is about 15 minutes long but I would get inside the American Pavilion about 10 minutes early to get a good seat.
Where is the Best Seat to Enjoy Disney’s Voices of Liberty?
You will want to sit on the floor if you physically can and nearest to the center as the acoustics are the best there. Benches are on the edges but the sound is not as good. This is air conditioned too, so during the summer, you can get a break from the heat. After you enjoy the singing you will be able to catch the American Adventure attraction.
What Songs Do They Sing?
This singing group takes well-loved American songs and delivers beautiful renditions of them. My favorite one the last time I saw them was their rendition of She is Comin’ Round the Mountain.
Occasionally, the group will also sing some contemporary or Disney songs such as The Greatest Showman’s This is Me or Frozen’s Let It Go.
The group rotates the songs so even if you are a frequent Disney World visitor the show will be different each time. During the Christmas season, there will usually be some Christmas music.
The singers you get involved too with this interactive show. One of the songs they did was Oh my Darling Clementine and the singer picked one of the ladies in the audience to sing it to. You will clap along and have lots of fun in this short show. It is about 15 minutes long or so.

If you loved their music, they do have CD’s available for purchase.
- A Cappella Americana Music CD– This CD has the Golden Dream on it which is the song in the finale of the American Adventure Show.
- Vol. 5-Christmas in Velvet

This reminds me so so much of 1976. It was the 1776 Centennial celebration in Newnan, GA. I wore a dress similar to these, along with countless others in town, and watched a parade go through town. Funny, it never occurred to me until now what a major feat it was to have everyone in town dressed up like this. That's a pretty major accomplishment.

We enjoyed Epcot, but it's been a decade since we were there! I love how upclose the singers get. How Fun! ~Mimi
