Wilderness Lodge Dining Guide

Wilderness Lodge is in the Magic Kingdom resort area and has quite a few tasty and fun dining options. In this Wilderness Lodge Dining guide, I will share the character dining, regular table service, bars, lounges, and the quick service options available including reviews.

Wilderness Lodge Dining

Getting to the Wilderness Lodge is very easy. From the Magic Kingdom, you can take a boat directly to the resort. If you don’t have time to go to the Magic Kingdom first you can get to the Wilderness Lodge by Uber, Lyft, or Disney’s Minnie Vans.

I have never stayed at the resort but you don’t need to dine at the resort. If you aren’t staying at the resort, I suggest getting to the resort a little bit to explore a little. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. There is a bubbling brook inside with comfy seating as well as a huge fireplace with rocking chairs.

Wilderness Lodge’s Fire Rock Geyser

Outside you will find Wilderness Lodge’s Fire Rock Geyser. The geyser is located between Wilderness Lodge’s Silver Creek Springs pool and Bay Lake, in the courtyard area of the resort. It’s fashioned to look like Yellowstone National Park’s famous Old Faithful geyser. You can catch the geyser shooting a plume of water 120 feet in the air every hour on the hour from early morning (about 7 a.m.) to 10 p.m.

Wilderness Lodge Character Dining

Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. The spectacular dinner offers a choice of individually plated entrées and shared starters and desserts. You dine with Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy, and meet the Evil Queen after the meal.

Wilderness Lodge Table Service Dining

Whispering Canyon. Looking for some quirky and sometimes loud fun? Whispering Canyon is filled with some fun antics, bottomless platters, and country-style favorites that will please the whole gang. The bottomless milkshakes are a must-do!

Wilderness Lodge Quick Service

The Roaring Fork. This a pretty typical Disney resort quick-service restaurant. The 10-hour pulled pork sandwich is the one star that you won’t find in many other resorts. There is seating indoors and out.

Wilderness Lodge Bars and Lounges

Geyser Point Bar & Grille. This poolside restaurant gives you a stunning view of Bay Lake as well as a couple of TVs. A couple of days a week there are Disney Trivia nights. It’s a very relaxing place with tasty food!

Geyser Point Menu Board

Territory Lounge. Curl up in this rustic, lodge-like bar filled with cozy warmth. The hours are 3:30 PM and 11:00 PM.  I have heard great things about the nachos and the cheese board. I love cheese boards at Disney, so tasty!
