You can Meet Vamprina in the Animation Courtyard. This lovable vampire girl is known for her music and enchanting spirit. There is not a Genie+ Lightning Lane. She does sign autographs.

There is only 1 Disney Junior character experience at Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

A Genie+ Lightning Lane is available, and while having one can be helpful it is NOT a top priority selection. Elena does sign autographs.
Is Bluey Anywhere at Walt Disney World?
As of now, Bluey is not to be found anywhere at Walt Disney World. I am hoping they will add him soon since he is so popular.
