As Your Concierge Travel Planner I Will:

• Craft the perfect Disney Vacation Package for your family’s unique needs – Did you know that there are 4 Walt Disney World Parks, 2 Disney Water Parks, over 25 resorts, and multiple ticket options to choose from? I help guide your family into the perfect vacation package that meets your travel style.
• Make and submit building/room requests
• Mail park maps. I send you a set of park maps so you can start thinking about what attractions, shows, and experiences you would like to experience.
• Walk you through the My Disney Experience app. I will send you step-by-step instructions so you can set up your My Disney Experience account. Having trouble connecting with friends and family members? I can do that for you!
• Link tickets, hotels, and Magic Bands to your My Disney Experience account. Once your Disney Experience account has been created, I will link your Resort Reservation, Tickets, and any Special Event tickets for you.
• Make dining suggestions from vast personal experience. Walt Disney World dining is more than your typical theme park food, it is an immersive experience. From character dining, signature dining, themed dining, and even dinner shows there are so many options. I listen to your tastes and wants and suggest restaurants you will truly enjoy! We will schedule a call that lasts from 30-60 minutes a couple of weeks before your dining reservations window opens.
• Go over allergy and dietary needs, notifying Disney ahead of time with the proper paperwork
• Coordinate ways to make celebrations extra special (Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, Personal Triumph, Date Nights)
• Maximize your time having fun with efficient touring plans
• Make any modifications as needed
• Easily process payments with a click/set up payment plans
• Price Monitoring. I will watch for and apply discounts to your package so you never pay more than you have to.
• Wait on hold with Disney so you never have to.
• Monitor Park Pass reservations and advise you on how to make and modify these. Due to the legal waivers and agreements that must be accepted when making park pass reservations, we cannot make these reservations for you. However, as always, I’m here to advise and support you during this process.
• Set up stroller/crib/wheelchair/medical rentals.
• Take care of IT issues
• Book ground transportation.
• Book excursions and tours
• Provide info & tips on Genie+ and Lightning Lanes. You receive step-by-step instructions so you can purchase and book your Genie+ while on property during your vacation. As always, I’m here to advise and support you during this process. We will set up a call about 2 weeks prior to travel to develop a personalized Genie+ game plan.
• Up before the sun to grab dining and Enchanting Extras reservations. Rest easy knowing I am there to secure your dining reservations.
• On-call 24/7 for any emergencies during your vacation. Even the best-laid plans have hiccups. I can help and advocate for you when something goes wrong.
• Answer all your questions, no matter how small. You can even schedule a 15-minute call any time you want!
• Remove all the stress of planning and sprinkle in some pixie dust wherever possible! A Disney vacation is meant to be magical, not stressful.
